Work sites and the general environment are maintained at or above current regulated standards. The company provides in-plant personnel training and promotes safe work practices for the protection of the health and safety of all those who could be affected.

The company provides information about the hazards of chemical substances and trade name products used in the work place through the aid of Material Specification Data Sheets. The company establishes safe work procedures and prescribes all necessary precautions to be taken while using a particular chemical substance.

The company has a health and safety department for training new and regular employees in various aspects of safety and procedures. The company also encourages, conducts and supports research directed towards the improvement of safety and health at the work place. Plant managers and supervising personnel have the direct responsibility for translating company Occupational Health and Safety policies into action and promoting safe and healthful work practices among the other employees.
